Zenith Ex. offers all-India delivery through trusted logistics partners. While we strive to ensure timely, secure, and efficient shipping, unforeseen delays beyond our control may occur due to force majeure events, third-party disruptions, natural calamities, or regulatory issues.

We disclaim liability for delays once the product has been handed over to the logistics partner, though we will extend all reasonable assistance to resolve delivery concerns.

SHIPPING POLICY—THE BASICS 

3. Order Processing and Dispatch

3.1 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of confirmation.

  • Customized or made-to-order items, such as framed canvases or limited-edition collectibles, may require additional time, typically 7–10 business days.

  • Processing does not include weekends or public holidays.
     

3.2 Dispatch Notification
Customers will receive an automated notification with tracking details once the order has been dispatched. Notifications will be sent via registered email and/or SMS.

4. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Zenith Ex. partners with leading logistics providers, including but not limited to: Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Ekart, and India Post. Shipping methods may vary depending on product category, size, fragility, and destination.

  • Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days.

  • Express Delivery (where available): 2–4 business days at an additional cost.

  • Oversized items (such as A1 or A2 phygital wall paintings) may require specialized handling and extended timelines.
     

5. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Orders above a minimum threshold (₹[insert value]) qualify for free standard delivery.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: A fixed delivery fee may apply for orders below the threshold, displayed at checkout.

  • Variable Charges: Oversized or fragile items may attract additional handling fees, disclosed prior to payment confirmation.

All charges are inclusive of GST, as per the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.

6. Packaging and Handling
Every product is packaged with industry-standard protective materials to ensure safe transit:

  • Wall Paintings: Bubble wrap, corner guards, corrugated sheets, and sealed cartons.

  • Zines/Comics/Posters: Poly sleeves, reinforced mailers, or tubes for posters.

  • Digital Collectible Add-ons: NFC-enabled or tech-embedded items are additionally secured in anti-static or tamper-proof packaging.

Zenith Ex. ensures compliance with Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) packaging guidelines for e-commerce shipments.

7. Tracking and Status Updates
All orders are shipped with end-to-end tracking. Customers can:

  • Access tracking details via their order dashboard on the Zenith Ex. website.

  • Receive real-time updates via email/SMS.

  • Contact customer support in case of anomalies in tracking status.
     

8. Delivery Attempts and Redelivery
Logistics partners typically attempt delivery up to 3 times. In case of failed delivery due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the package:

  • The package may be returned to us.

  • Reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be subject to deductions of actual shipping costs.
     

9. Risk of Loss and Transfer of Title

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the product is delivered to the address provided.

  • For digital and phygital products with embedded NFC/digital add-ons, delivery of physical goods constitutes transfer of title; intellectual property rights remain with Zenith Ex. as governed by our IP Policy.
     

10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries
Customers must inspect deliveries upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours in case of:

  • Damaged packaging or product.

  • Incorrect items shipped.

  • Missing parts of a multi-product order.

Zenith Ex. may request photographic evidence to process claims. Eligible cases will be resolved through replacement, repair, or refund, at our sole discretion, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy of delivery address and contact details at checkout.

  • Accept deliveries during working hours and provide authorization for third-party receipt where necessary.

  • Retain original packaging for inspection in case of claims.
     

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of India, specifically the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and applicable consumer protection and e-commerce laws. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

13. Updates to Shipping Policy
Zenith Ex. reserves the right to revise shipping terms without prior notice. Updates will be reflected on this page, with the “Last Updated” date amended accordingly. Continued use of our platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
